Tammy Snook is a proud Newfoundlander, entrepreneur, and community-builder whose journey began in the outport town of Harbour Breton, Newfoundland and Labrador. With a background in business commerce and project management, she blends strategic thinking with heart-led leadership to help others grow and thrive. As the founder of Rising Tide Consulting, Tammy supports entrepreneurs, organizations, and change makers through services like strategic planning, pricing strategies, fractional project management, and business operations support.
Tammy is passionate about collaboration, inclusion, and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard. A long-time advocate for women entrepreneurs, she combines mentorship, public speaking, and hands-on guidance to help others navigate systems and launch bold ideas. From leading business development workshops to advising on growth roadmaps, Tammy brings clarity and creativity to every project. She’s proudly represented Newfoundland and Labrador on provincial and international stages as the 2018 Miss Newfoundland and Labrador and the 2024 Newfoundland and Labrador Rose of Tralee. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her exploring hiking trails or searching local coffee shops for the perfect caramel macchiato. A rising tide lifts all boats, and Tammy is here to help others rise.
